Made to Order, Shipped with Care

Every KeepsakeHaus keepsake is personalized and made to order, so a little time goes into getting it perfect.

Processing time
Each keepsake is crafted after you approve your design preview. Processing typically takes [3–7] business days. We'll email you a preview to approve before we engrave — your order moves into production once you say yes.

Shipping time
- Standard shipping: [7–15] business days after production.
- Express options are available at checkout where eligible.

Total time = processing + shipping. Orders around peak seasons (e.g. Christmas) may take a little longer — order early for gift deadlines.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

Packaging
Every order is carefully packed in protective, gift-ready packaging so it arrives safe and ready to give.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order any time at gringuild.com/pages/track-order.

Customs & duties (international)
For orders outside the destination country, import taxes or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
